Born in Brooklyn, NY 1951

Began studying architecture at CCNY in 1970

Sold plastic flowers on the street in the summer of 1971

Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1973

Took a printmaking course at the Brooklyn Museum Art School in 1974

Got sick of architecture and started selling hand colored offset prints on the street in 1975

Quit architecture

Began studying etching at the Art Students League in 1981-

Studied etching at the Institut Des Arts D’Ixelles, Brussels, Belgium, 1984-5

Presently working at the Art Students League
